Panasonic EY6432GQKW Drill/Driver Kit
I am very excited to review the Panasonic EY6432GQKW Drill. I don’t know why, but finding this drill just got me in love with discovering new power tools again.
I did not know that Panasonic made drills, to me the name was just synonymous with TVs and other gadgets. My finding this drill was like finding a TV from DeWALT. It was unexpected and as it turns out very lucky too because it is one of the best drills I have ever used.
Features
Here are some of the best features of this drill.
Great Ergonomics and Lightweight
The Panasonic drill is nicely designed and has sleek and simple lines. It is very easy to handle and it I also well balanced. It is easy to grip and comes with rubber portions that avoid slippage.
The EY6432GQKW is also fairly lightweight and is easy to handle, especially for jobs that take a long time. The drill has also been designed so that it works for both right-handed and left-handed individuals.
It also stands on its own and is easy to keep handy at all times.
Variable Speed, 18 Speed Clutch, and Great Torque
Variable speed is important, especially if you are going to be using the drill for more than just one function. It is ideal for those who will be working with wood and metal.
The 18 Stage Clutch Setting of the EY6432GQKW is also great for people who need accurate drilling. It helps to make sure that the correct amount of torque is available for every job done.
The Panasonic EY6432GQKW also has great torque and puts out 390 inch/lbs. It also has reliable RPM settings.
Quick Charge and Great Design
The drill charges in as little as 55 minutes. This is a great feature for the EY6432GQKW Drill/Driver because it keeps the drill working. If you are going to use your drill a lot then you would need to have something that always has juice.
The tool has also been nicely designed with the variable speed control trigger found in a convenient location. Other functions like the forward/reverse switch may also be operated one-handedly.
It is also powered by reliable NiHm Batteries.

Disadvantages
Even though it seems to be a great overall drill, the Panasonic EY6432GQKW has received one or two complaints from it users. One of the first complaints have to do with the chuck as some users have reported that it is difficult to center.
I checked this out and what I found was that as long as you position properly, you won’t be having an trouble with the chuck.
Some users also complained about the batteries burning out. Some users said that they saw smoke coming off the drill. This seemed occur with a certain batch of drills. Most of the users who observed this said that they reported it to Panasonic. As it turns out there was a problem and the company was able to send them replacement batteries with no charge at all.
This issue with the batteries has not been seen in the newer batches. Although, if an issue does occur with the drill, the company has a wonderful customer service policy and they be able to help clients deal with any issues that may come up.
In fact, Panasonic’s customer service has received such high ratings from users with many citing that it is so much better than many of the customer service provided by better known drill brands.
